SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We offer FREE local delivery for all your paint, stain and project needs within the Muskoka area*

  • Orders will be delivered to registered addresses only, no PO Boxes
  • Orders will be left at your door if you are not there to receive them. Colour N Light Muskoka is not responsible for loss or damage of product due to theft or freezing
  • If there is a problem with your order entry (e.g. incorrect colour code, incorrect product information, or incorrect delivery information) your order will be held until a Colour N Light team member is able to confirm the details of your order

*Minimum order of $75 is needed for free delivery or a surcharge of $10 will be added to your order

For all other Ontario addresses outside of our local delivery area

  • A flat rate of $50 will be added to your order.
  • We cannot guarantee next day delivery for orders outside our delivery area, but will provide tracking information once your order has been processed and picked up by our shipping carrier. Typical delivery times for other deliveries within Ontario are 2-5 business days.

PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE

  • Refunds will be given when merchandise is returned in an unused and undamaged condition within 14 days with copy of original receipt
  • Customers requesting a return later than 14 days will receive a store credit
  • We will not accept returns later than 30 days
  • All tinted product is Final Sale and cannot be returned
  • All untinted paint and coating products are subject to inspection prior to issuing a return. Frozen or compromised products may not be returned or exchanged
  • Returns are at the expense of the customer
  • Lighting products eligible for return or exchange include stocked or previously displayed items in original, new, uninstalled condition with all original parts, tags, instructions and packaging
  • Returned lighting is subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund or exchange and may take up to end of business day to authorize a return or exchange
  • Any Special Order items (items not stocked or displayed in store) are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned unused or undamaged within 14 days with copy of original receipt
  • All products sold with clearance tags (yellow tags) and/or marked Final Sale on receipt are not eligible for return or exchange
